Based in the Vail Valley since 2004, Sam Gerstein brings a rare blend of grit, warmth, and deep real estate knowledge to every client she works with. Whether buying a luxury vacation home, selling a mountain property, or making your first move into the market, Sam can be counted on for her sharp instincts, honest approach, and ability to guide clients through the process with clarity and confidence.

Sam was born in White Plains, New York, and was raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She moved to the mountains in 2004 and quickly made the Vail Valley her home.

Sam launched her local career in property management, overseeing both individual homes and homeowners' associations in Arrowhead. In 2007, she joined KH Webb Architects, one of Vail's most respected design firms, where she collaborated with discerning clients and developed expertise in home design, building systems, and complex zoning. That hands-on experience gave her a unique perspective on luxury homes from the foundation up.

Passionate about the mountain lifestyle, Sam is deeply engaged in her community and her industry. She serves on the Legacy Board for the Vail Board of Realtors, sits on the RPAC Committee, and supports local students through the WIN Foundation, which provides scholarships in Eagle County. She has also served with the Second Wind Foundation, focusing on teen suicide prevention and mental health awareness in the valley.

When she's not working, Sam is out living the mountain lifestyle she helps her clients discover. She enjoys rafting with friends, mountain biking, catching live music, ending a great day of skiing with après, or exploring new roads in the RV with her husband Eli, their son Ezra, and their two dogs, Banjo and Stevie.
