Grand Foundation seeks to improve the quality of life in Grand County by proactively addressing current and future needs in the areas of health & human services, education, environment, athletics and arts & culture. Their events raise awareness and funds that, combined with the Foundation's donor advised funds and other planned giving initiatives, enables it to provide grants to nurture and support qualified local nonprofits.
Grand Kids Learning Center (GKLC) provides high quality care and early education for all our students. We respect children as individuals and strive to meet them where they are developmentally and encourage growth that will take them to their next milestone. We are a level 4 Colorado Shines rated, non-profit Early Learning Center, serving children from ages 8 weeks through 6 years old.

With a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), America’s most vulnerable children will have someone speaking up for their best interests. Headwaters Trails Alliance is a non-profit advocacy group for trails and trail maintenance in Grand County. HTA is comprised of county and town planners and trails enthusiasts with a mission to identify, maintain, and expand an accessible, interconnecting trail system in Grand County for appropriate multi-user groups.
Middle Park Health consists of two critical access hospitals, five primary care clinics, an urgent care and subspecialty clinics. The hospitals in Granby and Kremmling are both designated as Level IV Trauma Centers and offer 24/7, year round emergency departments.
Founded in 1991 to provide financial support of Middle Park Health to fund staff education, community health and wellness programs and equipment. Helping advance the work of Middle Park Health by raising the financial resources to help keep our healthcare facilities and technology first rate and to help fund programs for patients each year.
Fraser Valley Elementary School is an above average, public school located in Fraser, CO. It has approximately 260 students in grades PK-5. The parent organization strives to raise funds to supplement programs and supplies that support the needs of the students and staff at FVE.
Our local Girl Scout troops work hard each year to contribute to the well being of our community and we believe in supporting them in their efforts. When given the opportunity, girls can change the world, and we are proud to be a part of their movement towards change.
Mountain Family Center offers many resources for those in Grand County with financial struggles. Their services include food pantries, financial living assistance, thrift store, nutrition education, dental/vision vouchers, cancer treatment assistance, senior services and various programs for kids.
